1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MVP Ship services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

MVP Ship provides MVP development services as described on our website. Our services include:

• MVP development and deployment
• Technical consultation
• Project management
• Post-launch support

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Upfront payment required to commence work
• Satisfaction guarentee is limited to amount already paid
• Late payments may incur additional fees

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership rights to the final deliverables in the form of a file repository. MVP Ship retains ownership of any pre-existing materials, frameworks, or methodologies used in the development process.

5. Project Timeline

Standard project timeline is 5 weeks from commencement. Delays caused by client feedback or changes may extend the timeline. MVP Ship is not responsible for delays outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

MVP Ship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. You will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
